force.com developer toolkit - APEX, VISUALFORCE, force.com IDE, force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs |

Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTML, SOAP, Web Service, XML, JavaScript, AJAX |
|
Good Salesforce.com Administration skills that include : User, Role, User Profile, Workflow, Approval Process, Relationship Object, Page Layout, Validation Rule, Field Sharing and Security |
|
Good knowledge of Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA) |
|
Object Oriented Development Skills (Java/J2EE, .Net) |
|
Web services (WSDL, SOAP, REST, etc.) and constructing service oriented architectures (SOA) |
|
Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer preferred |
|
Good spoken and written English communication skills |
Experience
|
2-4 years of web-based development experience in enterprise-scale J2EE design and implementation with Spring, Hibernate, Struts |
|
2 or more years of force.com application development experience |

BE/B.Tech/MCA
