TNPA - Navayuga ties deepens

Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA), a division of Transnet Limited, is mandated to control and manage all eight commercial ports on the 2954 km South African coastline.

TNPA's relationship with NIT began in 2013 when it engaged Navayuga to develop a Port Management System for its ports. In 2015, Navayuga deployed the Integrated Port Management System (IPMS), developed on Navayuga’s propriety PortKonnect platform, across all the eight ports. The system automated key port operations and provided real-time access to the full range of operational information. The implementation highly benefited TNPA in improving its operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This year has been marked by further deepening on Navayuga’s relationship with TNPA. Given the benefits achieved through IPMS so far, TNPA has once again engaged Navayuga to further enhance the IPMS solution for the next 3 years. As part of this engagement, Navayuga will enhance IPMS by upgrading it with the latest functionality built on PortKonnect platform and cutting edge technology updates. With this engagement, Navayuga has become a key strategic partner for TNPA.
