Design of lecture organization by Developers for pilot courses

All the developers prepared and presented the detailed design of their courses.

Study of four quadrant model, design and framework identification and design by vendor  e-content development for pilot courses in four quadrant format.

Extension of the approval for the project was taken and the same is intimated to the vendor

Iterative process. is being incorporated at every lecture level for all three pilot courses.

Design and deployment of e-content of pilot courses

A four quadrant framework with  appropriate GUI demonstrated

Demonstration of sample lecture for each pilot course in four quadrant format by the Vendor

Presented in the form of GUI by vendor for the monitoring committee.

As per expert’s suggestion:  Incorporation of student interactions in lectures wherever possible

12th month

Initiated review and will be completed by March 2011. Changes suggested will be incorporated as per the recommendations of Monitoring committee without any financial commitment for the pilot courses.
