The upfront consulting engagement can range anywhere between couple of days to couple of weeks based on the size of your business and implementation. In the consulting phase we put together the blueprint of the planned implementation, and go over it with you to tweak, modify and finalize.
The blueprint can also be supported with prototype development to well establish the functional design of the system. In the designs, we lay great emphasis to user adoption, for which we create highly user friendly frontend for ease of use. Once the designs are approved, our teams engage to configure the system using the Salesforce.com configuration wizard and to customize the system using the force.com technologies.
User acceptance testing with sample data migration is an important phase to get users to have a firsthand experience of working with the system that is slated to be implemented. Final concurrences to the system operability leads to full scale roll out of the system, with well documented training courseware and deliverance of user training sessions. Post completion of the user trainings the system is cleanup of the trial data, substituted with final datasets and handed over for launch.
We schedule revisits to your implementation based on the usage metrics drawn in the first three months of the implementation. The agenda for such revisits is to provide insights to the system utilization, areas of improvement, suggestive control mechanism for any redundancies, ways of enhancing user experience and, to re-validate the system design per the current business dynamics.
